I was elected to PGA membership in 1989 and have been actively teaching junior golfers ever since. I founded Junior Golf Success, Inc. and Orlando Junior Golf Club in 2002 to attract more kids to the game of golf. For practicing and playing knowledge, I have developed an at-home practice kit that allows kids to hit balls at their house eliminating many costs and transportation issues usually associated with practicing. Entertain- Golf participation should be fun and I have developed high-energy classes that are both fun and productive. Using skill development games every practice session is designed to develop golf skills and make sure the participants are having fun while improving their skills.
Motivate- When kids are being taught the right way, practicing correctly they all will improve. Praising good shots, encouraging them constantly and putting them in situations where they can have success will motivate them to continue to play and work harder. Without this element, any teacher/program is average at best because the reality is that if a junior is having success they will be motivated to keep at it and the result will be a lifetime golfer.

My teaching philosophy is based on these principals-Educate, Entertain, and Motivate.
Educate- I educate all of my students on game knowledge, stroke knowledge, practice knowledge, and playing knowledge. This knowledge helps to develop skills early on and this success translates to long-term participation with the sport.
From a technical standpoint regarding the strokes, the Golf Swing Builder Program I wrote and my staff teaches focuses on:
